Shipping Policy
At Grumpy Chicken Farm, we understand the importance of timely delivery and handling of our products. We ensure that all orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 2 business days of purchase. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the shipping address. We offer free shipping for orders above $50 to customers within Idaho. Please note that we do not ship outside of the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy
We at Grumpy Chicken Farm strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Customers may return or exchange their products within 14 days of purchase, provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable products like eggs. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
